Marilyn Caston

ATTORNEY

Marilyn is a lifelong member of the Las Vegas community who is committed to serving families with fairness, integrity, and compassion.

Raised here in the Valley, Marilyn graduated at the top of her class from Cimarron–Memorial High School in 2000. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2005, followed by her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2008.

After being admitted to practice law in Nevada, Marilyn began her legal career serving families in this community and has now dedicated more than sixteen years to the practice of law. For the past eight years, she has practiced at Nevada Family Law Group, where she is currently a junior partner.

Marilyn has significant courtroom experience and has tried more than forty family law cases. Her work has encompassed all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, relocation, school choice disputes, termination of parental rights, and adoption. Throughout her career, she has represented parents and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, always keeping children’s best interests at the center of every case.

In addition to her professional experience, Marilyn understands family court from a personal perspective. She has been through a divorce herself and has successfully co-parented with her former spouse for over sixteen years, working together to raise their daughter to adulthood. That experience has given her a deep appreciation for the challenges families face during times of transition, as well as the importance of stability, respect, and child-focused decision-making.
