Determining a child support obligation for low-income parents

The Nevada Supreme Court’s Administrative Office of the Courts is responsible to publish the table used to determine a child support obligation for those earning less than $1,595 per month. Using the table is fairly easy. The person finds their income level in the far-left column, then moves right to find the column corresponding to the number of children in the case. The number in the box marked “Child Support Amount” is the obligation for that person. For a good copy of the table, click HERE or anywhere on the image below.
